Your Voice Matters: Help Shape Digital Health Services in North West London

At NIHR ARC Northwest London, we want to ensure digital health tools work for everyone in our communities, and we need your help.
If you live in Northwest London, you’re invited to take part in a short survey about your experiences using digital health services, such as booking appointments online, accessing test results, or using NHS apps and websites.
This research is part of our Digital Health Theme, in partnership with the North West London Integrated Care Board and a postgraduate research project at Imperial College London.
The survey takes just 10–15 minutes to complete. To begin, you’ll be asked a few short questions to confirm you're a resident of North West London.
Your feedback will help shape more inclusive, accessible digital health services for the future, supporting better care for everyone, regardless of age, background, or digital confidence.
